On our way to Plumper Cover, for our first overnight. Plumper Cover is provincial park on Keats Island, off Gibson's Landing. Here comes the welcoming party. Anything to eat? Popular and immensely peaceful. 20120721 165717
The end of a fantastic day. September, and a second trip back to Plumper. Savannagh is making us coffee, pretty cool for a couple of reasons. Of course it's nice to be able to do this underway, but more importantly, there was a time when she couldn't go below deck while motoring at ALL. Now, she's completely comfortable. Around Cape Scott, the south west tip of Bowen Island. Worlcombe Island Popham Island, and partially obscured by Worlcombe, Little Popham Island. It would be a shortcut to head between the two Pophams, but it's a lot shallower than you'd think. Chicken is called for here. Hermit Island, just north of Little Popham Island. Pretty nice little bay here.
Plumper Cove, entered from the south. Scan-121118-0016 The ferry entering Langdale Terminal, seen from our tieup kinda outside the cove.
